Jim’s grave is located on the Southwest side of the cemetery beside his parents.

Jim’s hobbies included fishing and hunting. He was always known to bring home baby animals that he had caught in the “wild” to raise and set free. These animals included, but not limited to; raccoons, rabbits, squirrels, skunks.

Jim used to say “In order to speak “Ponca” Indian you must learn to spit and slobber at the same time.”
