SHERRON REUNION
2005
The 2005 Sherron Reunion was held in Ponca City, Okla. At SUN-N-FUN Water Park on June 4, 2005.
Sherron families from Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma were able to attend. A lot of information was available about “our” family and a family chart showing how the various families fit together in the family tree.

Lunch was catered by FAT Boy’s BBQ with “Chico” and his family preparing and servicing the meal.
Door prizes were drawn and several unsuspected winners were announced. Recommendations were received for the next reunion for door prizes for:
It appeared a good time was had by all, and plenty of food was available for those with an appetite. Plans have tentatively been made for another reunion next year; however the site may change to give those unable to travel a better chance to attend.
The weather was perfect for the occasion with a slight southerly breeze, however, the weather changed less than two hours after the reunion and a tornado touched down just outside Ponca City limits destroying mobile homes and up rooting trees.
