This genealogy is the result several individual’s work.  A lot of the information gathered below is from the records of Mary (SHERRON) Jepson in the early to mid 1970’s.  Information has been obtained from family records, family Bibles, census records, county court records, marriage license records, and such records as could be found.

  Other information is from material I received from Jack Sherron of Lamar Missouri in 2004 from data he received from Elsa Ann Sherron from the late 80’s. This is an effort to combine the two and add any additional information as possible.  In addition to the above, additional information was received from Ona Mae (Miller) Winship in December 2004.

  Marriage certificates and some of the headstone pictures were taken by my wife Jo Ann and myself.

  A lot of the pictures of the Daniel Edmond Sherron Family were donated by Kenneth (Bill) Carl and Edna Sherron estate.

  During a conversation I had with Jack Sherron in September 2004, and later with Donald Sherron of Carthage Missouri we were unaware of the other’s existence other than on paper.

  Some of this material has been handed down rather than court documents. However, as you read through, you will see documentation straight from court records. In some cases, the actual “Sherron” signature was obtained as the court record.

  Some instances when family members were found to be deceased, graves were photographed and descriptions of their locations put with them in an attempt for others to locate them if they desire.

  The documentation below is not completely accurate. We (the family) would appreciate any information we could receive on the SHERRON family to help complete this documentation in an effort to publish the results.  Pictures, hobbies, family stories are very much appreciated to help understand how our family lived, and where they died.
